Give to the Max Day November 12, 2015

Our Mission

Inverted Arts works to empower disadvantaged youth by helping them discover their creative voices. Where many see only problems that need to be fixed, we see young people who are made in the image of God with creative potential just waiting to be unleashed! As students discover their creative voices they also discover their own value and worth and their confidence grows. As we experience their creativity, our lives become much richer, deeper and fuller! And that’s why we call it “art that changes the heart.”

Five Years and Growing!

Over the first five years we have been privileged to work with so many amazing students and remarkable partners.

INVERTED ARTS | GiveMN

Our Goal

We invite you to partner with us and help unleash creativity to the max in disadvantaged youth. Our Give to the Max Day 2015 goal is $15,000 which will fund 4 local (Twin Cities) and 2 global art programs.* We have also received $7,500 in matching gift pledges, which means your dollars will be doubled up to the matching amount!

*Local Art Exploration programs are eight to twelve 2-hour sessions (average cost is $12.50 per student per session) with these four Twin Cities partners: East Side Neighborhood Services, People Serving People, Venture Academy, and The Lift. Global programs are week-long Art Camps in Santo Domingo, D.R. and Mathare Valley Slum in Nairobi Kenya.
