My name is Savannah Davis and my dream has always been to make music. In middle school, I decided that I wanted to start a band and look for place that we could create and make music to share with people. But I had no idea how or where to look. And then when I was in seventh grade, Inverted Arts came to my school, Hope Academy. They offered a music program for the summer so I signed up and finally got to learn about making my own music and it was so much fun to experiment with different sounds and instruments. It really lets me bring my songs to life and the people involved with Inverted Arts are very supportive and helpful. I am no longer at Hope Academy but I still get the opportunity to go to the Inverted Arts studio and continue to explore and learn new things about my music and myself. I have so much fun and I’m grateful to get to do this. It really helps me grow into the artist I’ve always wanted to be.
