You are invited to our Inverted Arts Open House during Art-a-Whirl weekend May 15 – 17, 2015. You will experience visual art from Artist Mentor Sarah Albinson and her Hope Academy interns Ricky and Grace, photography from Artist Mentor Sarah Ascanio, and photos and videos created by students from Mathare Valley during our recent Art Camp. You can also view two short films: “What the Bully Had to Say,” a docudrama about bullying from students at The Lift in St. Paul, and “Drop Makers,” a film about non-violent solutions to the conflict in Israel/Palestine by Artist Mentor Chad Amour.
