We can’t believe we’ve been partnering with Hope Academy in South Minneapolis for twelve years! What a great journey it’s been working with their talented students as they discover and explore their creative voices! This year we offered five classes led by professional Artist Mentors for over 100 middle school students during summer session: Photography (Bethel Gessesse), Comic Making (Arch Jones), Songwriting (Dre Chislom), Spoken Word (Joe Davis) and Theater (Damian Leverett). The two week program was capped with a Showcase for staff and students and you can enjoy all the creativity below!
