Training Leaders and Mentors in Kenya
IA Kenya Director Seth Luchemos has partnered with Lepta Community and Executive Director JKing, to develop curriculum to train Inverted Arts Leaders and Artist Mentors. The Leadership training helps IA Business Partners and Scholarship students transition into adulthood as confident leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs through hands-on learning and mentorship, where they build key skills in leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship. The Artist Mentor training is aimed to equip Art Camp mentors with teaching confidence, support their personal artistic growth, and strengthen their ability to lead children creatively and safely. The outcome of both programs is to develop confident, competent and compassionate leaders who use their creativity to bring transformation to their communities!
