Dance Workshop

My name is Sarah Davis, and I am currently a senior at PIM Arts High School, and I am majoring in Dance. I began my dance training here when I started my freshman year, and have been in love with it ever since. I have always been interested in teaching what I’ve learned and what I am most passionate about, which is why I was more than happy to start interning at Inverted Arts.

I’ve been coming in to the studio to work on a dance curriculum, and have also been reaching out to any kids that would like to take a dance class. Last night I taught a class of 5 amazing kids from People Serving People who had the most energy I have seen in a long time. They were eager to move, and ready for everything I threw at them. I had a great time learning about them, and what they like to do most. My hope is to continue these fun classes, reaching out to more and more groups of awesome kids like these ones!
