Urgent Need: Covid-19 Response

We have closed our studios to all programming and public events in accordance with MN state guidelines. In
these unprecedented times that are changing by the minute, Inverted Arts is doing everything we can to reach out, care for, and continue to support our students, their families, and our Artist Mentors here in the Twin Cities and around the world. The students and Artists we serve are already being hit hard by cancellations, closures and lost income. We have started a food and supply shelf for those we serve and are already making deliveries! We are beginning work on an online curriculum and live-streaming class options led by our Artist Mentors.

We have also regretfully cancelled our April 25th Fundraiser Extravaganza and are replacing it with a “Facebook Live” Event on the same date and time.. This annual event completely funds our scholarship and small business commitment. We remain committed to raising $18,000 for our scholarship students in the Twin Cities, DR, Kenya and Liberia, and our small business partnerships in Kenya and Liberia.

In Summary:
1. IA Studios closed to programming and events
2. Student/Artist Food and Supply Shelf established
3. Inverted Arts Online and/or Live-stream Classes in the works
4. Student “#createinplace” equipment checkout program initiated
5. April 25th Fundraiser Extravaganza cancelled, causing an $18,000 gap in funding for our Scholarships and Small Business Commitments.

Will you help us meet our $18,000 Scholarship/Small Business Fund goal? You can also donate to our food and supply shelf or drop off non-perishable food and supplies (contact Mark at 763-567-0780 to make arrangements).

We are extremely thankful for each one of you. Your faithful and generous partnership is bringing hope and
beauty to the world around us and changing communities!!

And in these up-side down times, may I share my favorite right-side up Bible verse with you?
So do not fear for I am with you,
Do not be dismayed for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.Isaiah 41:10Bringing hope together,
